Scan and email the forms to:

Our Brokerage & Reco requires the Completed Reco Notice of Transfer Form, a Copy of your Letter of Resignation & a Copy of Your Real Estate License if you have it. The Broker of Record will sign completed application and forward documents to Reco for completing the transfer.
